I am really excited to announce that I am now offering a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program exclusively online! This program will provide a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional, in-person CBT sessions.

The CBT program is only $35.00 per week and includes:

  • 24/7 access to an eight section online CBT program
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy worksheets and activities
  • Access to a secure messaging platform
  • Unlimited messaging with therapist
  • Online journal
  • Interactive activity plan
  • Tests to track your progress in therapy
  • Forum to talk with other CBT clients
  • One 30 minute live chat session with me per week (Additional sessions are available for an extra charge)
  • Daily feedback from me on your CBT worksheets (excludes holidays and weekends)
  • Access to yoga and meditation videos
